Big Fund
The Big Fund returns for 2026, offering pro-bono agency support to charities, community groups and independent businesses that could benefit from expert marketing, creative and digital services.
From social media to websites and design, we'll work together to identify where our expertise can create the greatest impact.
£20,000 worth of expert time for free.
Open to small independent businesses and charities.
Pick from a range of our marketing services including social media management, design, website development and much more.
Take advantage of charity specific opportunities including Google Grant application and management.

Big Academy
We offer paid opportunities for young people and interns all year round as a Living Wage Employer. From one-day taster sessions to year-long placements, The Big Academy welcomes students, school leavers, and anyone curious about the advertising industry.

Big Charity
The Bigger Picture wouldn't be complete without giving back.
Building on the success of our 2025 fundraising efforts, we'll continue supporting charitable organisations through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns and hands-on marketing support throughout 2026.
For 2026/27 we will be supporting Shelter Scotland, a local charity close to our hearts. In doing so we have committed to:

Support Shelter Scotland charities existing initiatives, events and activities.
Give back with marketing advice and project work.
Help promote the incredible work they do supporting those affected by cancer, and those close to them.
