At Big Think, we've always believed that creativity has a responsibility beyond commercial results.
After a fantastic year of fundraising, partnerships and community support throughout 2025, we're relaunching The Bigger Picture for 2026 to continue creating opportunities where they're needed most.
Whether you're a charity looking for marketing support, a small business ready to grow, or someone taking their first steps into the industry, we're here to help make big ideas happen.
Big Fund
The Big Fund returns for 2026, offering pro-bono agency support to charities, community groups and independent businesses that could benefit from expert marketing, creative and digital services.
From social media to websites and design, we'll work together to identify where our expertise can create the greatest impact.
£20,000 worth of expert time for free.
Open to small independent businesses and charities.
Pick from a range of our marketing services including social media management, design, website development and much more.
Take advantage of charity specific opportunities including Google Grant application and management.

Big Academy
We offer paid opportunities for young people and interns all year round as a Living Wage Employer. From one-day taster sessions to year-long placements, The Big Academy welcomes students, school leavers, and anyone curious about the advertising industry.

Big Charity
The Bigger Picture wouldn't be complete without giving back.
Building on the success of our 2025 fundraising efforts, we'll continue supporting charitable organisations through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns and hands-on marketing support throughout 2026.
For 2026/27 we will be supporting Shelter Scotland, a local charity close to our hearts. In doing so we have committed to:
Organise a range of fundraising events and activities.
Support Shelter Scotland charities existing initiatives, events and activities.
Give back with marketing advice and project work.
Help promote the incredible work they they do to defend the right to a safe home.
The Bigger Fund - Year 1
We worked with 7 small businesses and charities during our inaugural Bigger Picture year. Every member of our team touched at least one project, whether web design, marketing management, social media or making sure those applicable were making the most of their Google Grant.

From the fund, we designed and built Helen a brand new website on WordPress. Since launch Helen’s enquiries have increased ten fold and now has a site that is ranking and bringing in new clients.

The team at ISM Psychological Services were in need of our design skills and as part of the fund we created them a branded tool kit of PowerPoint and Word docs to elevate their presentations to their clients.

As part of The Bigger Picture, we were tasked with maximising Glasgow Jazz Festival's marketing budget to increase awareness and support ticket sales for the 2025 event. We delivered Meta, Google Ads and the Google Ad Grant, using audience targeting, display, search and video to reach new and existing audiences.
