In order to make pharmacy and healthcare more accessible to customers, convenience had to play a pivotal role in the wider marketing strategy. A new responsive website was first on the list, along with establishing M&D Green’s new digital presence through a mix of organic and paid social activity.

During lockdown last year, it was more important than ever for M&D Green to continue to offer their core services to their local communities. Big Think delivered a new online prescription delivery platform, making it easy for customers to register online and remain in contact with their local pharmacy.
