Healthcare marketing with community in mind - M&D Green Pharmacy

M&D Green Pharmacy is an independent, family-owned, pharmacy chain with 33 branches across Scotland. We initially started working together in 2019, helping them navigate the world of social media, and have since expanded their horizon into various marketing channels.

Taking a joined-up approach to their organic and paid social media, our community led content is tailor-made to each pharmacy's location, featuring a store's staff and stories, and using informative and digestible copy that is both friendly and trusted.

Throughout the year we work to plan seasonal content, whether that be weight management, smoking cessation or taking care in the sun. These content strands are regularly expanded via radio, OOH and digital advertising across key community areas and larger media buys across their full list of pharmacies.

As one of the most involved independent trainers of trainee pharmacists in Scotland, we wanted to create a suite of student specific content that M&D Green could use as part of their annual student recruitment. From this, we created “Developing Future Pharmacists”, a range of bespoke collateral to promote M&D Green to the student market and inform prospective student pharmacists about the incredible support available to them.
