Wildly good tourism marketing campaigns - Blair Drummond Safari Park

A cheer that could be heard far and wide echoed out of the Big Think office when we were appointed to Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park in 2023.

A Scottish institution and one of the country’s most beloved attractions, not only is it home to an incredible 300+ animals and endless opportunities for adventure, but it also boasts magical memories amongst generations of families from all across the nation.

We began work as Blair Drummond’s digital media agency in late 2023. Following an in-depth review, we identified key learnings and opportunities to enhance their activity moving forward. 

But, before we got started, we got creative. 

Our Head of Creative, Rob, had the pleasure of refreshing and revitalising their digital assets, bringing their bold colour palette and wildly impressive animal photography to the forefront. We introduced illustration and animation to their arsenal, creating a huge suite of assets to support the delivery of both their Halloween and Christmas campaigns; two major events in their calendar.

6 months on and the excitement never ceases. Our design portfolio continues to grow, creating content to promote the range of products and events on offer, from once in a lifetime animal experiences and animal adoption packs, to children’s birthday parties and corporate away days.

We introduced new channels to their activity, running their first TikTok ads as part of their Christmas Spectacular campaign, and have now been appointed as their full service media agency, booking and delivering advertising across OOH, radio, TV, press and more.
