It's been a real eye-opener working with Russell Logistics. We’ve learned all about the importance their staff play in the continued success of the company. We know about the 13 key services that make them one of the UK’s best known regional logistics operators. We even know that they’ve got 250 vehicles, 14 depots and 6 rail terminals across the UK. All we had to do was take all of this new found knowledge, translate it into a brand new website that brings Russell’s online platform bang-up-to-date then extend this messaging to the internal comms too.
We’re delighted to say that we’ve delivered for Russell, with user engagement on the new website up by 217%, and mobile traffic to the new responsive platform up 9% on the same period last year.
