Getting a brief from a newly renovated hotel that wants to improve its online experience is one thing. But when the hotel has a 300 year history and has hosted guests including Rabbie Burns, Sir Walter Scott and Ant & Dec... and is only a 45 minute drive from your office? Well that's another thing.
It's easy to see why we thought it was all to good to be true. But thankfully, Dumfries Arms can boast all the above and they were on the hunt for a creative marketing agency to develop their website.
Our task was to design and build the hotel's new website - all in a tight timeframe for approaching wedding season. Since its launch, the new site has seen an increase in traffic and visitor engagement, and is working much harder for the hotel.
The CMS allows the DA to have complete control over their content, allowing for timely updates to special offers, pricing and event announcements.
We're looking forward to working on new marketing materials for the hotel, from weddings to Christmas. Watch this space!
